IC697MEM719

The IC697MEM719 memory module is a GE Fanuc CMOS expansion memory module. It is made for use on the GE CPUs or Series 90-70 PCMs.

The GE Fanuc IC697MEM719 CMOS memory module is available in either 64, 128, 256, or 512 KB of memory capacity and it is commonly used on the GE 771 CPUs, the GE 772 CPUs, or the PCMs. The IC697MEM719 expansion memory module can be used on the PCM  or CPU and it does not require the use of additional slot configurations for either data storage or for program storage. The memory can be used for the expansion of logic and data memory when it is installed as the daughterboard in the system and resides in the same slot as the module that it serves. The IC697MEM719 memory module has the ability to retain information in its memory even in the event of power loss.
