The IC697CPU771 module is an expandable CPU module for GE Fanuc Series 90-70 PLCs. Program and data memory of up to 512 kilobytes of CMOS RAM can be supported by the attachment of an expansion memory board. The CMOS expansion memory board provides RAM capacity options of 64, 128, 256, or 512 KB. The lithium battery (catalog number IC697ACC701) is located on the main CPU board. The GE Fanuc Series 90-70 IC697CPU771 module uses an 80C186 microprocessor clocked at 12 megahertz.
