The GE Fanuc IC697BEM735 remote I/O scanner is an intelligent I/O scanner module from the GE IC697 Series 90-70 PLC system. This module is designed to interface standard IC697 I/O modules and other analog expander modules, PCMs, and Bus transmitters to an IC66 Bus system. The IC697BEM735 remote I/O scanner has a simple design consisting of a single circuit board covered with a hinged transparent door the serves as a faceplate. It has 3 LED indicators that illuminate through the transparent hinged door, and on rear-end of the scanner module is a 9-pin male D-Type connector, a 15-pin female D-Type RS-422/485 serial connector, and 16 removable IC66 Bus terminals.
