The GE Fanuc IC695CPU320 module is a CPU module based on a Celeron M microprocessor clocked at 1.0 Gigahertz. The IC695CPU320 module is compatible with the RX3i PACSystems industrial control systems and it can be installed in the 16-slot IC695CHS016 backplane or the 12-slot IC695CHS012 backplane. Up to 64 megabytes of RAM and 64 megabytes of NV-RAM are supported by the IC695CPU320 module. The module supports 512 program blocks. The maximum size of a program block is 128 kilobytes. Two embedded communications ports are provided on the module which are the RS-485 and RS-232 ports.
