The IC694ALG390 analog output module by GE Fanuc only comes with 2 output channels, but it can connect to any CPU that is manufactured by GE Fanuc in the GE RX3i PacSystem product line. The IC694ALG390 analog output module is also a GE RX3i PacSystem device. This module can be used as an output component in a GE RX3i PacSystem PLC and installed in either a GE RX3i serial expansion backplane or in a GE Series 90-30 expansion backplane. Attempting to hot swap the IC694ALG390 analog output module can cause problems such as damaging the module or backplane, causing the whole PLC to stop suddenly or malfunction, or severely injuring the users.
