The IC693CPU321 baseplate belongs to the Series 90-30 embedded CPU baseplate family, and it is designed to provide low-cost PLC installation solutions. The IC693CPU321 CPU baseplate consists of a CPU and integrated memory circuit chips (RAM, EPROM, and EEPROM) that are all soldered firmly to the backplane circuit of the baseplate. It has a maximum I/O capacity of 10 I/O and it is not suitable for applications and systems requiring more than 10 I/O modules. The IC693CPU321 baseplate comes with a 10 Megahertz 80188 microprocessor that provides operation control, and execution of all non-Boolean functions at execution speed of Milliseconds per Kilobit (ms/K).
