GE Memory Cartridge 4K CPU EEPROM MEM521 Series Five

The IC655MEM521 Memory Cartridge is a 4K CPU EEPROM that belongs to GE Fanuc Series Five product line of PLCs or programmable logic controllers. It has an electrically-erasable memory. This module is used to store a program for a GE Series Five PLC CPU. The program name, date stamp, and the time stamp are also stored inside the memory cartridge with the program. The stored data can be easily examined. Note that some special actions are needed to write the data into the memory. This module is compatible for use with the Series Five CPU revision 2.2/3.0 or later versions. The IC655MEM521 Memory Cartridge has memory protection features. It is also capable of storing I/O configuration data and register content by using the OIU.
