GE Memory Cartridge 16K CPU,EPROM MEM513 Series Five

The IC655MEM513 Memory Cartridge is a 16K EPROM manufactured by GE Fanuc for the GE Series Five PLC modules. It comes with a UV erasable memory. The IC655MEM513 Memory Cartridge has a low current consumption rating when it is operating under system power, specifically a consumption rating of 20 milliamps. The power for the module is supplied by an internal 5 Volts DC rated power supply. The users have the facilities to easily store different user programs in different cartridges and to use them as required. The previously programmed memory can be erased from the device by using ultraviolet light exposure. By default, this memory module is shipped in the erased state.
