he GE Fanuc IC655MDL524 simulator is an input simulator module. There are 32 two-position toggle switches on the IC655MDL524 input simulator module which are located on the front of the module. Each of these 32-toggle switches can be programmed as a discrete input device. Either 16-point or 32-point input modules can be simulated through the IC655MDL524 input simulator module. The module configuration for 16 or 32 input points can be done with a toggle switch which can be accessed after removing the side cover. The IC655MDL524 module does not require field connections. Applications for the IC655MDL524 input simulator module include program development and troubleshooting because it allows for program debugging.
