This solid-state module uses a position encoder device that is known as a resolver to receive feedback about the relative position of a mobile element in the system with respect to the central part of the machine which is also known as point zero. The GE Fanuc IC600YB915 Type 1 Axis Positioning Module comes from the factory with a predefined set of customizable parameters, including programmable acceleration and deceleration ramp parameters, programmable position loop gain parameters, position parameters, speed parameters, and acceleration limit parameters.
