The IC600LX648 memory module is a GE Fanuc memory module for the GE programmable logic controllers or PLCs. It is a GE Series Six module. This compact module comes with a 32K logic and a 16K register memory module. The memory module is a flat board with memory components. It is portable and easy to install. It is also referred to as a combined memory module with CPU components, a register, and user memory. The IC600LX648 memory module has expandable memory capacities. It allows for battery backup by using the CMOS battery through the onboard auxiliary battery. It has “battery level” and “parity error” LED indicators that can be viewed on the front of the module.
