IC697MEM717

The IC697MEM717 memory module is a GE Fanuc expansion memory module. It has a minimum storage capacity of 64 KB.

The GE Fanuc is used for expanding the memory of GE 772 and 771 CPUs in GE PLCs. The memory module can be used for the expansion of the PCM memory that is retained by the battery on CPU or PCM and it does not require any extra slot that is configurable for data and program storage. The IC697MEM717 memory module is available with different storage capacities. The different storage capacity options include 64, 128, 256, and 512 KB of memory space. The IC697MEM717 memory module can be installed as the daughterboard when it resides in the same slot as the module that it serves.
