GE Fanuc manufactures the IC670ALG621 Field Control Module, which is specifically designed for receiving 4 independent analog inputs from 4 different RTD sensors as a part of the Genius Bus control platform. Measuring temperature is a fundamental part of multiple industrial processes, and the most common way of doing it is by using Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD). The GE Fanuc IC670ALG621 Analog RTD Input Field Control Module is a solid-state device, it is made to be an intelligent module, and it is able to receive RTD signals rated oat different levels and to interpret those readings according to pre-configured reference parameters.
