4K CMOS Logic Memory Module (for use in Model 600 or 6000) Module Board

The GE Fanuc IC600CM544 memory module is a 4K CMOS logic memory module manufactured as a member of the GE Series Six product line for use in GE Model 600 or Model 6000 CPUs. This module with the GE Series Six programmable controllers, and it is used in the Model 600 CPUs to offer 1024 battery-backed 16-bit words of memory. It can be used with any functional level, including the advanced, extended, and basic functional levels. Some of the features of the IC600CM544 logic memory module include the battery-backed CMOS memory which helps to retain the register memory after a power failure or after the machine is powered down. It also comes with 2 LED indicators that are the “BATTERY” and “PARITY” LEDs which are designed to help simplify the troubleshooting process.
